Inspiration

250

Thomas Edison once said, "Genius is 1% inspiration, and 99% perspiration."  Well, no disrespect to Mr. Edison, but in order to achieve design genius INSPIRATION IS EVERYTHING.

If you need a jump start for your space,  we can provide the cables.  Give us an idea of what you want, and we will create inspiration boards to suit.

design concept

Need a little more than just inspiration?

We will provide you with examples to form a complete aesthetic for your space. Your plan will detail each element - type and style of furniture, fabrics, colors, and accessories.  The examples given will show and explain how each piece will make the whole space come together.  This design concept package will be your guide when shopping, calm you when standing at the vast wall of paint samples, and help you to make all those tiny decisions.

floor plan

These computer-aided plans are done based off the dimensions you provide (or even better an architectural plan of your home, if available).  We can use ideal furniture dimensions, try to work with your existing pieces, or use a combinations of new and already-owned furniture to design your personalized plan.  Any structural suggestions would need to be approved by a building engineer to ensure the integrity of your home.

concept & floor Plan combo

650

Just like internet and phone, bundling your design services is more economical!  Get both a design concept and floor plan to guide your design journey.

Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment

1250

Beyond concept and general idea, this will give you the exact items to purchase.  A thorough plan for you space -  concept & floor plan are completed with exact specs (where to buy, dimensions, color recommendations, etc.) of everything to make your room polished -- using online sources or retailers available to your area.  You can keep this and buy on your own time table (keeping in mind inventory could possibly change).

Order Coordination

500

Arrangement of purchases and coordinating deliveries with receiving company.

Contractor Coordination

During the construction process, your contractor will need lots of information. All the decisions can be a bit overwhelming. We will work with your preferred stores and vendors to source out the long list of selections needed by your contractor. This could include lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, floor coverings, and any other decorative building materials.
